omplete graduation first than starts preparation for IAS meanwhile you may work on current affairs and GK by using competition related books and news paper.

take up your study simultaneously.both are equally important.you have to do well academically.then ,you will do well in civils also.you plan for both.all the IAS and IPS people have excellent study record.some of them are Ph.Ds also.
