sir it is necsry to pay all the 4 years fees if any studnt leav that colg after 1 year.bcoz of sum prblms.
i am also in colg nd i am doing B.E in S.V.N colg sagar nd i will leavng my colg after 1 year bcoz of some prblms bt my colg principl say dat whnevr u leavng the colg u will pay all the 4 years fees ............sir it is right or wrong .................

Hi Neelam,
First of all see if the University is UGC approved or not. In case it is UGC approved University or college, I would suggest you to contact UGC directly as this is a bit complicated case wherein you have already studied for one year, generally students take back their admission only in first year rather within first few months, so to have information on in-depth information about UGC norms regarding such cases you have to contact them directly. However, if it is not a UGC recognized Institute and autonomous then it would be difficult to withdraw your admission.

no . its not necessary . in fact clgs cant demand that money xcept for 1000 . refer aicte website to complaint
