    Divisional Railway Managers are shortlisted from serving Senior Administrative Grade officers belonging to eight Group A Railway Services who should not be more than 52 years of age on the cut-off date i.e. 1st July of the year of preparation of the shortlist.
    The period of validity for the shortlist of DRM is from 1st July of the year to 30th June of the following year. The cut-off date for determining the age of the appointee is 1st July of that year.
    The shortlisting of DRM is done to fill up posts of those DRMs who have completed their tenure during the period from 1st July to 30th June of the following year and so on. Once a fresh
