Hi Sagar, Both M.Tech & MBA offers bright career opportunities. However, while choosing a field, the most important thing which you should always keep in mind is your own interests and career aspirations. So, if you feel that you want to pursue a research or a technology based career go for M.tech

It depends on the candidate if you want specialization do Mtech otherwise MBA is good for career option after B Tech

career options are excellent with both MBA and Mtech , If you will go for MBA from IIM or Mtech from IISc and institutes like those. If you want to see which stream you want to opt for then its beet you should check whether you are comfortable with you Engineering papers or Comfortable with Quants
