Hi Agam, As a friend I would request you to think about this decision again as changing over from Engineering to Acting and singing is not at all advisable. But keeping in mind your interest towards the same I would like to give you the details. Acting and singing are two totally different domains

There is no such scholership for non-professional artists, if you are interested in acting and singing then National film institute, pune is the best option.
