The most important thing one needs to keep in mind while choosing their specialization is once own interests and career aspirations so you have to first ponder on your own forte or your own area of interest in which you want to make your career. However, few of the popular specializations available are:
Marketing – People with good communication skills and love to travel can opt for it.
Finance- People interested in quantitative skills.
HR – This is for self motivators & people's person. The areas covered are employee compensations, Personnel & training and development

Taking specialization in MBA is very cautious work at the time taking the decision so many criteria is taken in consideration like your background, available job prospects, your area of interest etc. if your background is technical than go for operation management., if you have a computer background than take It, if you are interested in office work than go for HR, If you are interested to make relation with others than take marketing, if you have a commerce back ground than take finance. it is some guiding principal but you may consider some other factors. take decision accordingly. best of luck -
