Sir/Madam, Is this course certificate is valid for future B.Ed course through IGNOU?

Asked about Tamil Nadu Open University - Discontinued (Aug 2022)- Diploma in Pre-Primary (Kinder Garden) Teacher Training

I have completed my B.Sc maths and working as a teacher currently. I tried for B.ed through ignou,but there I found they are asking a DED certificate for taking admission in B.Ed. Is this course certificate will work out there? And how this certificate writes REGULAR or CORRESPONDENCE?
