Dear Kritika,
Well, if you have missed the JEE entrance, then there is no way you can appear for JEE this year. However, there are few other engineering entrance exams that you can apply for.
Some of the exams are:
UPSEE TNEA,
SRMEEE,
MT-CET,
COMEDK,
KCET, ,
EAMCET,
MPPEPT,
KEAM,
GPET,
