MBA, M.Com are the better option for you -
While planning ahead of B.Com. you need to first think about the kind of career you would want for yourself, or the kind of work you can do with more ease and with more fluency. Based on that select your future course of action. One of the obvious choice is to do M.Com. But then if you are no so inclined to do an Accountancy job then you may go for MBA. You can also divert to other field of you interest. If interested in education line then go for M.Com and try to clear the UGC NET exam. MBA is better option for you after MBA you can go in both field in teaching and corporate field -
if you want u can work in BPO non voice and then do your further studies in Chartered Accountant , company secretary, MBA , Law ! or start your studies of your choice . its upto you what you interested. MBA in ( marketiing, finance, banking etc .)

Try with hard work for MBA entrance & u will get good MBA college. If u thinking for job, then do job for 1-2 year only & after try for MBA course from good college.
