please note that Cisco CCNA and CCNP would be the most suitable course for you, with one MCITP program.
Once you can become a CCNA+ CCNP + MCITP server administration professional, your opportunities would be very high to get in to IT industry as a network administrator.

If there is any real job guarantee course in India, then all unemployment problems will go off. Anyway institutes will say that they will like to help you in getting job, 'job assisstance'. IIHT will provide you 'job assisstance'.
