Hi Navneet,
Well, there is no %age criteria for Java certification, So you can go for SCJA or SCJP or higher cerification as well.

Yes, you can. There is no minimum cutoff for training programs as such. Just try putting your best to learn JAVA and get good score there. This will help you in career advancement.
