sir/mam i have done my bca from sikkim manipal university. Can I get addmission in ignou for mca?

sir/madam i done my bca from sikkim manipal university with 75%. And i want to do mca from ignou, but it says that i cann't get addmision because i dont have a reguler degree and smu is not recoginized. Im very confused please guide me what should i do?
