    hi,you can choose amie (t.engg.) or any deemed university.there are so many private universities which offer 3 year degree courses for diploma holders and fee may be varies from college to colleges.

    You can look for AMIETE (Associate Membership of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) and AMIE after passing section A & B of either of AMIETE or AMIE, you get associateship which is equivalent of BE and you can finish the entire course within 1 lakh
