Sir/mam which is the best stream in M.E after B.E (ECE)

I have done my B.E(ECE) with 73.5% but i got only 2nd class since i took more than 5 years to complete my degree.now iam interested in doing M.E so which stream will suit to find work in both core companies or to work as a lecturer in colleges
