Hello Mrs Arora. After 12th directly join a gov. job.It is to difficult. but don`t Worry. every thing has solution. U can do it. For Government job u must go for u appearing in Bank PO Exam. or any Competition exam then automatically u get proper place and position. Best Of luck. Dear Manu Priya, Your HSC Qualification shall fetch you employment opportunities in Local Bodies & Government Sectors in Base Level/ Level - I (Asst. Kind of positions) even cooperative/ Scheduled banks. Which shall be published in the Employment News/ in Leading News Papers.
