Sir/ medam myself sorokhaibam Romio Singh from Manipur india. Would like to ask regarding changing of exam centre.

Can I change exam centre. In fact I had opted gueahati as my 1st preference. As per my convenience since I was staying at Arunachal. Now due to covid 19 iam coming back home Manipur. So I would like to appear the exam in my state only. Sir can I change exam centre now.
