No, business is a compulsory subject of B.Com you can't take it without business, but that business studies is totally different from th 12th syllabus, as you have already filled the form, then just wait for the reply from the NIOS.

Haan, aap B.Com mein admission le sakti chain bina business subject ke. Business subject hona aapke liye accha ho sakta hai, parantu kuch universities aur colleges mein business subject ki zaroorat nahi hoti.
