It depends a lot on your category. Board % & Jee main marks ka inverse relation hota h, matlab agar ek m kam marks h to doosre m jyada lane padenge.
For ex. If you are from general category, aur board m 85% h to Jee main m 180-190 no. tak lana padega. Agar board m 90% h to Jee m 160 tak lana padega

Probably 150 marks in jee main with 90 % in Rajasthan Board will be good to get Civil in MNIT.
