sir my age already 25 i went for Gate ec paper i attemted for only 30 marks it may not good for another chance of GATE .if i qualified and get worst rank is it i would get good instittute with stifund

No, as good institute will admit on merit only
If you are unable to crack GATE, you should opt small time institutes, and you can improve your knowledge and quality
