-Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology
-Applied College of Management and Engineering
-Amity University
-Tezpur University
-The LNM Institute of Information Technology

There are many universities like Amity, SRM, Lovely Professional University etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
