at this rank its difficult to get admission through outside delhi quota.

in 8165 Rank in General quota and from Outside Delhi. You Didn't Able to Any College of IP University . Even in this Rank Delhi Students hardly able to get College . for Outside Delhi Students there is no Chance as there is Only 15 % Seats for them in IP Unviersity.
