Yes Sir, Your son will definitely get into his dream branch in NIT - Warangal as his category rank is better and most students around these ranks go for colleges through JEE Advanced. NIT - Warangal is among the top colleges. Best of luck to him.

If he gets 519 rank in OBC PWD, then it is very difficult to get in NIT Warangal.
