Sir my spoken english is not good how i can improve my speeking english. i can understand english i can read english but i can not speek .

Sir now i am preparing for CAT and my background is not a math so how i can do prepration in a short period.and one my class teacher always scold me without any matter how i can handal sir now i am so frestiate plz help me sir plz give me a conclusion fast i am waiting.
