Sir,now i am doing BE(ECE) 2nd year .From which year i can join in any IAS academy?How i should prepare for that exam?

You can prepare for IAS only after completion of your B.E. because of two reasons:- 1. All subjects upto 8th semester are covered in IAS syllabus.
