Sir One sitting degree is valid in UPSC or not?

I belong forom defence(Indian airforce) . In our system there is AKASHDEEP PROJECT. It is provides graduate degree to us in one year Based on our training exams. It includes our two year training season as 1st & 2nd year and then we appears in final year exam & they provide us degree of three years
