Sir please reply that I got 45000 rank in Andhra Pradesh eamcet and 890in inter which branch I get seat in rvr jc of fees 25000.

As your rank is 45000, you should pay full tuition fee for any department, if you're eligible for government partial scholarship (35000) then you can pay remaining amount.
