Sir, please tell me the norms of aicte for the refund of fees in pgdm course from a private management institute?

I Took late admission in a private management institute of delhi, 2 days after i gave them withdrawl application without attending any classes . Now the authorities are denying to refund any amount of fee. please help me out!!!
