    Hi Sumit,
    ***
Generally, to pursue B.Pharm (full course) you need to pass plus two with Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology.
    ***
For lateral entry courses you need to contact the university officials directly as such norms differ from one university to another.

Hey! Dude re-ask your question & mention that you want direct admission in which college.
Well as a guess I should tell you that if you are talking about any government college. then it is tough to get direct admission (except few which offers merit-based admission).
But if you want direct admission in any private college then you must know that most of the private college offers direct admission.
