dont,worry there are very good scpe after b.pharm he/she can get job in big medicine company or if u do m pharm or mba than your value will increase

After obtaining a bachelors degree u can always opt for goinng with MBA or PGDM from any top commerce college of india like NMIMS,SYMBIOSIS,SRCC etc and can easily land for a minimum package of Rs 8-11 LPA...!!!! WHEREAS going for job after your bachelors will land you to a job of merely Rs 2-4 LPA.
