As you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to give you the details. There are few good universities in Germany that offers a PG / MS in mechanical engineering. Few good institutes that might interest you are Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen, RWTH Aachen University, Esslingen Uni

Hello Siva... so nice of you that you are planning things well ahead. But you can relax for a while. get hang of the subjects you are studying. Mech involves lot of physical work. Try and make a uniform GPA say between 7-8.5to get good colleges in Europe.
