I didnt get what you meant by Free fund? But let me tell you one thing that education in Germany is free for all. International students just have to bear the living expenses there. No tuition fee etc is charged. This makes the cost of education relatively low.

As rightly said by @||Suryap2012|| education in Germany is government funded so you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.
The living expenses may cost upto 740 euros.
