Sir, When should we see the age limit for 21 years....i.e if i want to appear for CSAT 2012 then will the age as on01/08/2011 or 01/08/2012

As per the notification given by the UPSC time to time for age specification is as follows:
A candidate must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years on August 1 of the year of examination. It means your age calculated by August 1, 2012 for 2012 CSAT exam.
