Dear Vimal,
B.Tech will be more valuable but looking at present shortages of Fire & Safety programs and Colleges, BSc will also be beneficial.
At present only B.E (Fire Engineering) from National Fire Service College, Nagpur(Maharashtra ) is the oldest , popular and reputed Institution in India f

Both the courses are good. Once you have joined BSc Fire&Saf I suggest you continue. This has good career prospects in years to come nationally and international.
