U should visit the official websites of JEE and JOSSA and check the counseling schedules there. Also visit the links of certain IIT's Like IIT Delhi, IIT, pune, Galgotia, Noida. In 2nd or 3rd round there are chances of getting admission in some of the top colleges. There are chances of getting admission. If u get admission there it's good otherwise there are certain colleges/institutes also which provide better education and placement services to the students:-

3.BIT Mesra, Ranchi -
