sir, which one is better in between "KIIT" & "ITER" at bhubaneshwar.

i passed ISC in 2011 with 79%. i want admition in B.Tech (ECE branch). Presently two options KIIT & ITER at bhubaneshwar is available. pl. give comparable data or give suggestion, what is beter?
