After 12th as per your interest in mass communication you can do Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Comm.(BJMC),B.A (Advertising & Mass Communication),B.A (Journalism & Mass Communication),Certificate in Mass Communication or Certificate in Event Management,Diploma in Web Journali
