SJMSOM's website says they accept 60% or 6.5 CGPA .I have 6.52 CGPA in B.E but according to my Engineering University 6.75 is 60% .

Does your marksheet or certificate state it that 6.75 is 60%?

Whatever your original grade card mentions will be accepted. If your grade card mentions your CGPA, then CGPA will be accepted, otherwise percentage.
