Smu gives books of Semi-3 of MBA to there student after 30 to 40 days of exam of semi-2. semi-3 time below 180 days, this is right?

As per my knowledge sikkim manipal assure that they give proper time to student for MBA or other courses along with class facility. But when he provide book after 30-40 days . When class start and when student complete course. and semi-3 duration also reduce from 30-40 days. Pl advice.
