So i have a 69%ile in Cmat. Will apply after Feb mat. Will the admissions open again?

Kindly note that VIT University accepts CMAT score for MBA admissions.
To answer your question:
During your MAT exam, while selecting the 5 preferred colleges, you need to select VIT UNIVERSITY as one preference.
And you will be approached by the admission officers.
> For further admission process, you can always apply through VIT website or walk-in to any of our campus(Chennai/Vellore) to get the application form.

Our admission for MBA starts in March, i dont think you will get the result of Feb MAT before that. Admissions wont open again this year. Sorry.
