i have finished my 12th and i have intrest in both software devloper and animation so according to current market status which one has better scope.

Both the fields as correctly stated by you are having great career scope but then both of the fields are quite different from one another in the type of career it offers.
Software Developer is a person who is good with coding, can perform programming in the language of his/her interest.
