Some colleges charge +5 Lacs for BCA while others only charge around 15 thousand a year! Why? What is the difference between these two?

Hello, The colleges charging less money are government funded or running by donation money on the other hand the college demanding huge money is profits orientated. Also, there's is difference of facilities. All the best and give a like to answer.
