Some information regarding NID.

I am a student of 12th and I want to join NID. My academic session is 2020 to 21, so I have to join the academic year 2021 to 22 for the First semester in NID. Is I am correct or not. And also if I am correct the tell then when NID releases the application from for next academic year. Please help me
