Something went wrong with my passport process, and so I will not be able to get it in time to write IELTS. is there any english test exams similar to IELTS which do not require passport. How about TOEFL iBT?

TOEFL is for US & UK and all contries except European. IELTS if for admission into European countries. Aus,NZ require only IELTS, not TOEFL. Depends on the country where u want to MMigrate it all depends. any course will require Passport xerox copy. what is use of score without having passport after
