Son got 5850 rank in AIEEE ARCH. He is PH (Phys Handi) it is mentioned in AIEEE records. Can he get adinssion in SPA Delhi in Open Ph quota

If not possible in SPA Delhi I am thinking of BIT Mesra as second option. Because Jharkhand is home state where his home rank is 102 in AI and 74 in State. Also please let me know the raning of NIT Nagpur vis a vis BIT Mesra

In PH Quota then there will be chances of SPA. But in Counselling you have to Show the Proof of Physical handicapped . other wise your Application will be rejected and treated as Unfair means.
