Sound Engineering- what exactly does it deal with,considering completed my BE in electrical engineering would it be a good choice.

68% in BE Electrical and electrical engineering. Interested in listening to music (very particular about deliverance of sound).Would it be a good choice opting for Sound or acoustical engineering, so that it helps me use what i have studied as well as my interests for music & quality listening.
