specializations in ECE in M-tech like VLSI , communications,etc.which specialization among them is good for getting better placements

There are many specializations in Electronics and communications in M-tech like VLSI , communications,signal processing,control systems,electronics,digital and so on. I would like to know which specialization among them is good for getting placements.
