Spoken English is a thing which comes only with speaking English without feeling shy.So,try to come out of all shyness ,if you have any.It should be followed by listening for which I advise you to depend on VOA as it has so much clarity.

Please correct the spelling-It is SPOKEN and not SPoKAN English.
