For a course in spoken English, the first requirement is , start practicing TO SPEAK. To speak with whom ? Talk with those who speak English fluently. They may initially make fun of you. But please stick to your priorities, and win their hearts by your persistence. Speak with persons of differing backgrounds-academicians, business persons, pay persons, males, females, children , and other groups, so that your mind starts adjusting to new situations of quickly reacting to a question , or a quick requirement for you to respond--and respond correctly with an appropriate English usage.
