4 years agoHello V Nageswara, spot counselling in Telangana engineering colleges or for that matter anywhere else is almost same process. In this, the branches and the colleges along with vacant seats are displayed. Those students who have not accepted any allotment are allowed to take part in this spot counselling and accept the seats amongst the vacant ones, invariably on first come first serve basis.
