I had done my btech in biomedical engg. ths branch is almost similar to ec as subjects are almost simlar

Dear Friend M.Tech ECE weekand is available in Delhi Technological University/NSIT Delhi/Amity University Noida and also in Modular form in UPTU

The location mentioned by you too limited. But little near to Allahabad, Delhi Technological University is offering Part Time M.Tech Course. Search for it and apply. All the Best.
